Our BBQ chicken is made with boneless skinless chicken thighs. We marinate them with our house blend for 24 hours so that they are tender and juicy. They are best cooked over an open flame.
Kalbi Short Rib

Our kalbi short ribs are 3/8 in thick 3 bone prime beef. We marinate them with our famous house blend of spices and sauces to make the best short ribs you have ever had.
Bang Bang Shrimp

Our shrimp is 21/25 pealed tail on and is marinated in our spicy butter sauce. Best placed on a skewer and grilled over an open flame.
