Panikeke is the Polynesian version of donuts. The batter is made with ripe bananas then fried until golden brown.

Our Pani Popo is a fluffy and drenched in a sweet coconut sauce then baked to perfection. They have a light coconut glaze on the top, but at the bottom, the coconut sauce is soaked into the bread.

Our Fa'ausi is rich and sweet. We use creamy coconut and caramel sauce to create this delicious treat.
