Panikeke is the Polynesian version of donuts. The batter is made with ripe bananas then fried until golden brown.

Our Pani Popo is a fluffy and drenched in a sweet coconut sauce then baked to perfection. They have a light coconut glaze on the top, but at the bottom, the coconut sauce is soaked into the bread.
